feeling good

When I started thinking about setting up my business many moons ago, I thought about what the most important element of it would be.   It was easy really.  I wanted it to be all about creating a great customer experience.  If my clients weren’t enjoying my photo shoots, then their lack of enjoyment would certainly come through in the photos.  A big no-no.  This would also mean that I wouldn’t enjoy the shoots either so bang would go my job satisfaction.   I read this fab quote somewhere from Maya Angelou and I knew straightaway this summed up the ethos I was aiming for – so I scribbled it down on my iPhone and have since built my business plan around it.
